Housing & Transportation
A variety of comfortable, furnished, climate-controlled and Internet-ready University selected housing facilities are available for AUA students.
All students are required to reside in university-selected housing facilities when they begin their studies in Antigua, unless given explicit permission to live elsewhere at the university's sole discretion.
The units contain everything a student needs to be healthy, productive and comfortable. Prices vary, however, depending on amenities, location and privacy. Click below (or at the upper right) to learn more about the available units in each price group. Housing group availability is on a first-deposited, first-served basis.
All incoming non-transfer students to the AUA College of Medicine program are required to live in one of these residences for their first semester in Antigua.
To view the student lease, please access the student portal. The student portal is accessible once you have submitted your seat deposit.
AUA contracts with an independent bus service to provide subsidized transportation between housing units and campus. Students opting to take advantage of this program pay:
- $450/semester for students in a two-semester-per-academic-year program
- 10-trip passes cost $20
Passes are non-refundable, nontransferable and non-pro-ratable. All prices are current as of February 2014, and are subject to change.
