AUA College of Medicine students were honored at this year’s White Coat Ceremony. This milestone marks the transition from preclinical excellence to hands-on patient care—guided by integrity and the oath to serve.

According to Dr. Dwayne Hunt, Senior Associate Dean of Student Affairs at AUA, “The White Coat Ceremony is such a celebratory occasion, and the students and their families embrace it with AUA Pride. Our keynote speaker, Dr. Belle-Jarvis, had an inspiring message for our students that, I believe, resonated with them as they continue their path to medicine.”

The MED5 students proudly donned their new white coats symbolizing their new chapter towards their clinical journey.

“These students are at the pinnacle of their pre-clinical years. [MED1-4 students] have much to learn from their experiences,” Dr. Hunt continued.

AUA congratulates all students, faculty, and families!
