Jacksonville, FL-American University of Antigua’s (AUA) newly named Vice President of Student Financial Aid Services, Rachel Gordon, was a guest speaker at the Career Education College and Universities (CECU) 40th Annual Leadership Institute taking place last week in Jacksonville, FL. 
 
CECU, a national association that is represented by over 1,300 campuses across North America, was “thrilled” to have Gordon return to the event. As CECU LinkedIn states, “Gordon’s insights and expertise have made a lasting impact on past Leadership Institute cohorts.” A veteran of speaking on behalf of the higher education industry, Gordon brings a significant amount of leadership and knowledge to both the institute, and to AUA. 
 
During the event, Gordon presenting on multiple topics affecting higher education institutions including “Adaptive Agility: Executive Decisions Making in an Evolving Higher Education Landscape” and “Financial Aid in Motion: Navigating Constant Change in Enrollment Impact.” Both topics focus on various aspects on engaging participants to embrace change, being adaptable in changing environment, and learning how to be strategic through innovation in order to best serve the institutions and their students. As Gordon states, “CECU Leadership remains one of my favorite events to present at, and I’m truly honored to be invited back for a third year. The immersive structure of the program, paired with the passion and dedication of its participants, creates an environment that is both inspiring and energized.”
