American University of Antigua (AUA), a leader in global medical education, has signed an articulation agreement with Assumption College of Worcester, Massachusetts. This is the first agreement for Assumption College with a Caribbean medical school.

Under this agreement, AUA will offer guaranteed admission to graduates of select Assumption programs. Alternatively, Assumption has guaranteed admission to graduates from AICASA’s 2-year Associates Degree program. Today, officials from AUA attended a signing ceremony at Assumption College.

“AUA recognizes that since 1904 Assumption College has had a commitment to providing a well-rounded and open education,” states President of AUA Neal Simon. “This commitment is the next logical step towards a long lasting relationship that is beneficial for Assumption and AUA students alike. We are pleased to enter into a partnership with a premier institution with a dedicated student body that will undoubtedly enhance the learning environment at AUA.”
