Goodbye, Antigua!
I cannot believe how quickly time flies. It feels like just yesterday that I was stepping off the plane onto Antiguan soil for the first time. These last three years have been such a whirlwind. I cannot even imagine how quickly their time here must have passed for those who did not start out in the AICASA program. With only two more weeks left in the review course, I am already starting to miss this place.
These last couple of weeks have been a frantic rush to finish everything that needs to be done. In addition to attending the review course, I have to study for the Preclinical Sciences Comprehensive Exam coming up. I have also been looking for apartments in Atlanta for my fifth-semester rotation. Most importantly, I should really start packing!
Amidst all the chaos, I hope to be able to visit all the places in Antigua that I love before I leave. I want to see the yachts at English Harbour, have Australian ice cream, and walk along the beaches of Jolly Harbour for the last time. Antigua has been my life for the past three years and although I am happy to go home, I will certainly miss the island!
