Fifth Semester Review Program
I am one month into the review course of the fifth semester. The professors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It is great to learn these subjects from a different perspective than we had during our Preclinical Sciences. The downside, however, is that the days are quite long and I find it difficult to pay attention to one subject for such an extended amount of time. We are in class every day with about one day a week off.
After class, I listen to Doctors In Training lectures and annotate my First Aid book accordingly. I find the lectures make going through First Aid a breeze and really helps me focus on the important things in that book. We took our Preclinical Sciences Comprehensive Exam before we started the review course and in two weeks, we are to take another one. Hopefully, my mark increases with the help of these two review programs.
