Director of AUA Counseling services - Dr. Lynn McKnight Lynn McKnight, LPC/S, CCS, MAC, ATR-BC –  Director of Counseling

Professor McKnight received her master degree from the University of Louisville, majoring in counseling with a specialization in expressive therapies. Her thesis research focused on assessing for field dependent and independent cognitive styles, and their implications in learning and memory. Professor McKnight obtained post graduate course work in addictions studies and in psychology from the University of South Carolina and Capella University. She went on to become the clinical director at Crossroads Center Antigua, and the outpatient director for Pavillon International; both centers of excellence in the addictions treatment field. She is licensed as a professional counselor, a professional counselor supervisor, and a clinical addictions specialist. She is certified as a master addictions counselor, board certified and registered art therapist and certified clinical supervisor. She currently teaches behavioral science and directs the counseling center at AUACOM, as well as provides clinical supervision for the clinical staff at Crossroads Center.

Tracy Krucina Tracy L. Klucina, MHR, LCAS, CCS – Professor & Counselor

Ms. Klucina has over 25 years of international leadership and executive management experience in behavioral health facilities. Her expertise includes information systems, organizational effectiveness and program implementation across continuums of care, as well as partnering in community settings and establishing student placement educational opportunities.

She has had a diverse work history, starting in the US Navy as an aircraft mechanic and in aircrew, becoming a Navy Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and eventually retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. Ms. Klucina continued in the behavioral health field for an additional 14 years, concluding as the Clinical Director at Crossroads Centre in Antigua. She is now in her third career, working at AUA as a Professor in the Behavioral Science Department, where she teaches and counsels medical students. Ms. Klucina has a Masters in Human Relations, is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor.
