The Office of Graduate Affairs and Professional Development
The Office of Graduate Affairs & Professional Development (OGAPD) aids 3rd and 4th year AUA students through the annual residency Match process. Information, guidance and support are provided to help graduating students understand and prepare for The National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) and other match services.
To begin the process, please familiarize yourself with the Residency Preparation Manual (RPM), available on the student portal. It provides a timeline and detailed instructions, plus links to helpful resources to guide you through the residency application process. The Office of Graduate Affairs & Professional Development’s student portal also provides tips on writing your CVs and personal statements for residency, a list of previous years’ residency Matches, and feedback from AUA graduates about their own journeys through the Match.
