Professor, Veterinary Anatomy
Dr. McClure is Professor of Veterinary Anatomy and has 54 years of University experience having distinguished himself in the field of Veterinary Anatomy. He has served as Professor of Veterinary Anatomy in the faculties of six Veterinary Medical Schools including Iowa State, Cornell, Missouri, Tusk and Ross prior to coming to the American University of Antigua. He was a recipient of a Fulbright Lectureship to the Veterinary University in Vienna Austria. Dr. McClure is the past president of the American Association of Veterinary Anatomists, the American Veterinary Medical History Society and the Honor Society of Veterinary Medicine, Phi Zeta, and has served on the International Veterinary Anatomical Nomenclature Commission. He has been a contributor to several books on Veterinary Anatomy as well as numerous articles pertaining to veterinary anatomy and history; he is Professor Emeritus, University of Missouri since 2000.
