Group 3 Housing

Group 3 housing consists of safe, university-sponsored housing for students on a budget. In addition to the furnishings, internet capability and climate control standard in all residences, Group 3 housing features fully outfitted kitchens or communal kitchen facilities and may have a private deck, shared pool or beach access. A limited number of one-bedroom units are available

Group 3 housing per-semester rent:*

 

For students in a two-semester-per-academic-year program:

  • One-bedroom unit: $3,900
  • Private bedroom in two-bedroom suite: $3,900
  • Double-occupancy bedroom in suite: $2,100

 

For students in a three-semester-per-academic-year program:

  • One-bedroom unit: $2,600
  • Private bedroom in two-bedroom suite: $2,600
  • Double-occupancy bedroom in suite: $1,400

 

*Utilities are not included. Although all housing units are wired for Internet and cable, students initiate up the actual services with third-party providers. There is no upgrade charge for Group 3 single-occupancy studios.

Note: Lord Nelson has both Group 2 and Group 3 accommodations.  

Cortsland

Features:

  • Private one-bedroom units
  • Double-occupancy bedrooms
  • Communal kitchens
  • Free WiFi in lobby
  • Laundry on site
  • Pool on site

 Note: some outlets in Cortsland may require 220v to 110v converters.

Jacobs

Features:

  • Suites have one private bedroom, one double-occupancy bedroom
  • Spacious apartment
  • Large, eat-in kitchen
  • Laundry on site
