Dr. Duleep C. Deosthale was a panel member at the 2011 Global Forum, the international-education meeting of the Observatory on Borderless Higher Education in Vancouver, British Columbia, May 25-27, 2011. Dr. Deosthale spoke about the private sector's role in expanding educational access. The Observatory on Borderless Higher Education is a think tank based in Britain that conducts research on global-education trends and best practices.
