MPH, MHA AND MBA
Students at AUA can earn a master's degree in healthcare-related fields online through affiliated universities. Title IV funding may be available from these institutions.
By pursuing a master's degree in related health sciences, students gain a stronger grasp of the medical landscape and improve their professional profile for employers.
Plymouth State University—MBA in Healthcare Administration
Advanced management degrees are quickly becoming an important factor in evaluating a physician or other health professional’s qualifications. Eligible AUA students are able to enroll in the online accredited Healthcare Administration MBA Program at Plymouth State University (PSU). PSU will provide exclusive, dedicated tracks for their Health Care Administration MBA to AUA students. PSU streamlines its admission process and tailors its program to meet AUA students’ medical career needs. The program allows AUA students to excel as 21st century healthcare providers, as well as giving them access to additional loan opportunities for costs of attendance and living expenses.
The Plymouth Health Care Administration MBA provides an education that will better prepare physicians to:
- Work with hospital administrators
- Better their business skills to join or run a practice upon graduation
- Take advantage of networking opportunities; many PSU faculty hold director-level positions at hospitals
- Strengthen their CVs for residency training position applications.
